This experience with the trail camera is somewhat explained in these pictures... what you don't know is after this large bear attacked and played with the camera for over 20 minutes he dropped it up over the hill from where it was originally placed. When Dustin, Lane and I went back up to grab it Dustin was so disgusted thinking someone stole the trail cam. I walked up and over the little pathway and right in the middle of the path was the camera, buried in the dust, strap broken, with big ole bear teeth marks on it. CRAZY!!! We never got a clear close up of the bear but we enjoyed the pictures of him "playing" with it!!! We love the trail camera its tradition for Dustin to put it up at the cabin and we watch it as soon as we build a fire, so we can see what fun creatures visited the cabin that week!
