Go team REGAN KATE!!!

Our second year on the official "TEAM REGAN KATE" for the Great Strides Walk for Cystic Fibrosis. Cole and Lexi love our sweet little friend Regan who battles with the disease CF everyday. We love to do the walk and make our small contribution with hundreds of other great people, all of that support raised $61,000 this year to help find a cure for CF. I think Regan gets to pick the color of the tees every year, and I have to say there were LOTS and LOTS of green tees with her name on it this year. Who couldn't love that sweet tiny thing!

Memorial Day Weekend...

We headed up this year to Cascade for the Memorial Day Softball Tourney, and the weather was crappy, raining and cold. Despite the fact that Dustin's coed team has won the tournament the last few years, they got put out in the first three games. So we didn't have to spend a lot of time out in the cold watching ball games. We stayed cozy and warm in Uncle Ken and Aunt Linda's cabin. We had a blast laying around, watching movies, and playing uno inside. Then we bundled up and went for a little walk down by the lake, and played a little pine cone t-ball. Then the rain stopped long enough for us to build a fire and cook up some delicious smores. I love time like that with my family, I look forward to this weekend every year.

Jasmine the SNAKE...

Two SUPER cool things happened this week. First, Cole has been studying reptiles at school, and got to go to an assembly and see a Reptile Guy with lots of crazy animals. (He loved it!) The second is my CRAZY sister Brittany moved closer to us with her snake Jasmine. I thought Cole's class would get a kick out of seeing Cole holding a snake so I invited them over for a photo shoot. Everyone got in on the action. And of course Cole was the class ROCKSTAR the very next day!
