Girls Camp...

I was lucky enough to get to go to GIRLS CAMP this year with our ward. I was given the calling a few months back to be the Assistant Camp Director (Vice President) to the Camp Director Stephanie Mortell (President). I of course never went to girls camp until I was a member, when I was 21 I was called as a assistant camp director also, but it was so long ago, I wasn't sure what to expect.
The Young Women Leaders and all the girls were AWESOME! Our Camp Cook was unbelievable, she made DELICIOUS food. And on the last day we got to go RAFTING. I was the camp photographer so I took tons of pictures. I came home feeling very blessed to be a part of it!

Alexis Baptism Day...

Alexis had a big weekend, she turned 8 on Friday, and got Baptized on Saturday. We have had such a great month leading up to her Baptism. Talking about what it means, what she has to do, and getting excited about the dress her Grandma Arlene was making for her. It turned out so perfect she looked beautiful. Alexis and Hailey sang I am a Child of God together during the program. It was so sweet, they melted my heart. It was the perfect day and we shared it with lots of friends and family. We are very proud of you Lex.

Alexis is 8 !!!

Alexis had her big day, she turned 8!

To start her day...
First, Grandma RaNea picked her up at 8:30am for a little Birthday Surprise. They got pedicures together...
Next, it was time for her big PARTY... she wanted the SPLASH N SLIDE again so we set it up and had all her friends over for some FUN in the SUN.
Finally we headed out to MEXICAN with the Ranstrom and the Harris Families for dinner and they sang a little Birthday song for Lex, she got to wear the sombrero, and she got a sweet desert.
